Network Growth Rewards Programme for Partners
These terms govern the OnFin Network Growth Rewards Programme for Partners and should be read together with the OnFin Partner Agreement.
1. The Campaign
- 1.1 The Network Growth Rewards Programme for Partners (the "Campaign") is organised by OnFin (the "Company").
- 1.2 The Campaign runs from 20 October 2026 to 20 November 2026 (the "Campaign Period").
- 1.3 A validation period runs from 21 November 2026 to 27 November 2026 (the "Validation Period"). Final payment is made after 27 November 2026.
- 1.4 Eligible OnFin Partners participate automatically and do not need to register separately.
- 1.5 The Campaign is treated as one complete pilot calculation cycle covering the full Campaign Period.
2. Partner eligibility
- 2.1 The Partner must have an approved OnFin Partner account and have completed the required Partner verification.
- 2.2 The Partner must comply with the OnFin Partner Agreement.
- 2.3 The Partner must be located in a market where the Company offers its Partner programme. The Company determines whether a market is eligible.
- 2.4 The Partner must have direct clients inside their Customer Group and be recorded as the parent of the qualifying clients.
- 2.5 The Partner must achieve all three Level 1 requirements to receive any payment.
- 2.6 The Partner must pass the Company's Finance, Dealing, Risk, Compliance and Antifraud checks.
- 2.7 Each verified Partner may receive one payment only.
3. Client attribution
- 3.1 The final calculation uses the Company's system records.
- 3.2 A client counts only when the client is a direct client of the Partner, belongs to the Partner's Customer Group, has the Partner recorded as their parent, and the relationship existed during the qualifying activity.
- 3.3 Indirect clients, sub-IB clients and clients outside the qualifying Customer Group do not count unless the Company's Management explicitly approves their inclusion.
- 3.4 Transferring clients between Partners during the Campaign is prohibited activity under section 8.
4. Payment structure
- 4.1 Payments are made according to the following levels:
-
Level Network Validation NET Qualified FTDs Qualified Network Lots Partner payment 1 $5,000 3 50 $250 2 $10,000 6 100 $500 3 $25,000 10 250 $1,300 4 $50,000 15 500 $2,750 5 $75,000 20 750 $4,350 6 $100,000 25 1,000 $6,000 - 4.2 Calculation is based on the combined performance of the Partner's qualifying direct clients. The Partner must achieve all three requirements of a level (Network Validation NET, Qualified FTDs and Qualified Network Lots) to receive that level's payment.
- 4.3 If the three measures reach different levels, the payment follows the lowest completed level.
- 4.4 Payments are not cumulative. A Partner receives the payment for one level only.
- 4.5 Performance cannot be transferred or carried forward to any other period or campaign.
- 4.6 The maximum payment per Partner is USD 6,000.
- 4.7 No "closest Partner" or alternative recipient will be selected where requirements are not met.
- 4.8 All payment amounts are in US dollars.
5. Network Validation NET
- 5.1 Network Validation NET means eligible external deposits received by qualifying direct clients from 20 October 2026 to 20 November 2026, minus withdrawals processed by those clients from 20 October 2026 to 27 November 2026.
- 5.2 Only transactions from direct clients who are inside the Partner's Customer Group and linked to the Partner as their parent are included.
- 5.3 The following do not count: internal transfers; wallet-to-trading-account transfers; transfers between related accounts; bonuses or promotional credits; cashback or rebates; manual credit adjustments; third-party deposits; reversed or disputed payments; and fraudulent or abusive funding activity.
- 5.4 Withdrawals made during the Campaign Period or the Validation Period reduce the final Network Validation NET.
6. Qualified FTDs
- 6.1 A Qualified FTD is a genuine new direct client who is fully KYC approved; is inside the Partner's Customer Group and linked to the Partner as their parent; makes their first eligible external deposit of at least USD 100 during the Campaign Period; does not withdraw in a way that invalidates the qualifying deposit during the Campaign Period; and passes Finance, Compliance and Antifraud validation.
- 6.2 The following do not count as Qualified FTDs: deposits below USD 100; internal transfers; bonus-only funding; duplicate profiles; related accounts created to increase FTD numbers; existing clients making repeat deposits; third-party deposits; and fraudulent or abusive accounts.
- 6.3 One client may count as one Qualified FTD only.
7. Qualified Network Lots
- 7.1 Qualified Network Lots means the combined eligible closed trading volume generated by all qualifying direct clients during the Campaign Period.
- 7.2 Only trades in Forex and Metals instruments count.
- 7.3 Trades must be opened and closed from 20 October 2026 to 20 November 2026.
- 7.4 Each trade must remain open for a minimum of three minutes.
- 7.5 Only closed volume counts. Open positions do not count.
- 7.6 Gold volume follows the actual closed-lot volume recorded on MT4/MT5.
- 7.7 Partial closes count only for the volume closed. Multiple partial closes are added together without double-counting, and the same trade or closing transaction cannot be counted more than once.
- 7.8 Final volume is confirmed through the Company's official Dealing report.
8. Prohibited activity
- 8.1 The following activity does not qualify: gap trading; wash or matched trading; coordinated hedging; opposite trading between connected accounts; artificial volume; trade churning; bonus-generated trading activity; bonus abuse; duplicate or related accounts used to increase FTDs; transferring clients between Partners during the Campaign; exploitation of pricing, platform or execution errors; and any fraudulent or commercially non-genuine activity.
- 8.2 The Company may exclude any activity it considers fraudulent, abusive or not genuine, and may disqualify the Partner concerned, in line with the Partner Agreement.
9. Validation
- 9.1 Finance verifies external deposits, withdrawals, Network Validation NET, Qualified FTD deposits and the Partner payment. Dealing verifies Qualified Network Lots, Gold volume, partial and multiple closes, minimum holding time, eligible instruments and any artificial or abnormal volume.
- 9.2 IT verifies Customer Group membership, direct-client status, parent attribution, client transaction reporting and Partner-level aggregation. Risk and Antifraud verify duplicate or connected clients, coordinated trading, artificial FTD generation, wash or matched trading, bonus abuse and other suspicious activity.
- 9.3 Compliance verifies Partner eligibility, client KYC, eligible countries, account ownership, and compliance with the Partner Agreement and these terms.
10. Payment
- 10.1 Partner payments are calculated once, after the Campaign Period and the Validation Period.
- 10.2 No payment is confirmed before 27 November 2026, and no payment is guaranteed before validation is complete.
- 10.3 Only Partners who fully satisfy all three requirements of at least Level 1 qualify for a payment.
- 10.4 Payments are released in US dollars to the Partner's OnFin account only after all departmental approvals.
- 10.5 Partners are responsible for any tax arising in their jurisdiction as a result of receiving a payment.
11. Amendments and cancellation
- 11.1 The Company may amend these terms or suspend or cancel the Campaign where required by law or regulation, or where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make continuing impracticable.
- 11.2 Any material amendment will be published on this page before it takes effect, and the date at the foot of this document will be updated.
- 11.3 Where the Campaign is cancelled, the Company will act in good faith toward participants who have already met the qualifying criteria at the point of cancellation.
12. General
- 12.1 These terms should be read together with the OnFin Partner Agreement, Client Agreement, KYC Policy and AML Policy. Where these terms conflict with the Partner Agreement in relation to the Campaign, these terms prevail.
- 12.2 Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- 12.3 These terms are published in several languages for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the English version prevails.
