Let's look at a simple example:
Partner 1 (Level 1) gets registered and starts referring clients. They sign up 10 customers. These clients together place 100 lots. Subject to the terms of the partner reward program Partner 1 will receive 15$ per lot. So, they will earn 100x15$ = 1,500$.
Their first client becomes a partner (Level 2) and refers 10 more customers. These clients together place 100 lots. Subject to the terms of the partner reward program Level 2 Partner will receive 15$ per lot.
