1. General Provisions
1.1. This Agreement governs the terms of the "Copy Trading" service (hereinafter, the Service) provided by the OnFin platform.
1.2. Service participants:
- Subscribers: users copying trades;
- Masters: traders whose trades are copied.
1.3. Using the Service implies acceptance of this Agreement and OnFin's terms and conditions.
2. Risk Warning
2.1. Copytrading is high-risk and may lead to significant financial losses.
2.2. Key risks include:
- automatic opening/closing of trades without Subscriber's input;
- manual adjustments to copied trades may alter results;
- minimum trade size restrictions;
- copying inexperienced traders increases loss risks.
3. Trade Execution
3.1. Subscribers may copy trades from multiple Masters to one account.
3.2. Subscribing activates automatic trade copying without Subscriber's approval.
3.3. Trades may fail to copy due to:
- non-compliance with minimum trade size;
- insufficient funds in the Subscriber's account.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
4.2. The Company is not liable for:
- actions of Subscribers/Masters;
- losses from Service use;
- discrepancies between Subscriber's and Master's results.
4.3. The Service is not investment advice.
5. Disclaimer
5.1. The Company does not guarantee strategy profitability or compensate losses.
5.2. Past performance does not indicate future returns.
6. Fee Payment
6.1. Fees are debited from Subscribers per the Master's terms.
6.2. Subscribers must maintain sufficient account balance for timely payments.
6.3. Failed payments may result in strategy disconnection.
6.4. Fees are credited to Masters after verification (up to several business days).
7. Termination of Service
7.1. The Company may block access to the Service for:
- breach of this Agreement;
- prohibited trading activity;
- false registration data.
7.2. Service terms may be amended without prior notice.
This Agreement is effective upon Service activation.
