Asia Independence Day 2026 Partner Performance Cashback Challenge

The full campaign terms governing participation, qualification and cashback payment.

1. General

  1. 1.1 These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the Asia Independence Day 2026 Partner Performance Cashback Challenge (the "Campaign") organised by OnFin (the "Organiser").
  2. 1.2 By participating in the Campaign, a partner (the "Participant") confirms that they have read, understood and fully accept these Terms, together with OnFin's Client Agreement, Partner Agreement and all applicable policies.
  3. 1.3 The Campaign is offered only in territories where such promotions are not prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
  4. 1.4 These Terms are to be read in conjunction with the applicable regulatory requirements and the Organiser's internal policies.

2. Eligibility

  1. 2.1 The Campaign is open to OnFin partners (Introducing Brokers and Key Opinion Leaders) with an active partner account in good standing.
  2. 2.2 The Campaign targets the following markets: Pakistan, India, Indonesia and Malaysia.
  3. 2.3 Participants and their referred clients must have completed OnFin's identification (KYC) procedures.
  4. 2.4 Participation is voluntary and requires no payment or fee.

3. Campaign period

  1. 3.1 The Campaign runs from 12 August 2026 to 1 September 2026 inclusive, a period of 21 days.
  2. 3.2 Only activity recorded within the Campaign period counts toward qualification.
  3. 3.3 All performance figures are measured in OnFin's systems and in trading-server time.

4. Cashback tiers and qualification

  1. 4.1 The Campaign has four cashback tiers: Bronze (50 FTD, USD 10,000 net deposit, 25 Active Traders, 100 lots) — USD 300; Silver (75 FTD, USD 20,000, 40 Active Traders, 200 lots) — USD 600; Gold (100 FTD, USD 35,000, 60 Active Traders, 350 lots) — USD 900; Platinum (150 FTD, USD 50,000, 80 Active Traders, 500 lots) — USD 1,200.
  2. 4.2 All four requirements of a tier must be met in full for the Participant to qualify for that tier.
  3. 4.3 Each Participant may receive one reward only, determined by their highest qualifying tier.
  4. 4.4 The volume requirement is measured on the Participant's total eligible Forex and Metals volume. Individual Active Traders are not required to reach any per-client lot target.

5. Key definitions

  1. 5.1 "FTD" (First-Time Depositor) means a client making their first-ever deposit with OnFin during the Campaign period. Clients who have previously deposited with OnFin are not counted as FTDs.
  2. 5.2 "Active Trader" means a client who is acquired or activated by the Participant during the Campaign, completes eligible trading activity within the Campaign period and executes at least one eligible Forex or Metals trade.
  3. 5.3 "Net Deposit" means deposits credited between 12 August and 1 September 2026 less withdrawals made in the same period. Internal transfers are not treated as new deposits.
  4. 5.4 "Eligible volume" means trading volume in Forex and Metals instruments only.

6. Eligible trading activity

  1. 6.1 Only Forex and Metals trading volume is counted toward the Campaign.
  2. 6.2 Trades must remain open for a minimum of 2 minutes to be counted.
  3. 6.3 Only trades both opened and closed within the Campaign period are counted.
  4. 6.4 Self-trading only. Copy trading is not permitted for Campaign qualification purposes.
  5. 6.5 Internal transfers, arbitrage strategies, hedging, bonus abuse and any suspicious trading activity are excluded.
  6. 6.6 The Organiser reserves the right to exclude any trade, account or client involved in abusive or irregular activity.

7. Net deposit protection

  1. 7.1 Only deposits made during the Campaign period are counted.
  2. 7.2 Net deposit must remain positive until 1 September 2026.
  3. 7.3 Withdrawals made during the Campaign period reduce the qualifying net deposit.
  4. 7.4 Internal transfers are not considered new deposits.
  5. 7.5 All net deposit figures are verified after the Campaign closes.

8. Prize pool, allocation and winner selection

  1. 8.1 The total Campaign prize pool is USD 3,000.
  2. 8.2 The pool is allocated as four fixed awards: one Platinum award of USD 1,200, one Gold award of USD 900, one Silver award of USD 600 and one Bronze award of USD 300.
  3. 8.3 Where more than one Participant qualifies for the same tier, the Participant with the stronger combined performance across FTD, Net Deposit, Active Traders and eligible volume ranks higher.
  4. 8.4 Where performance is tied, the Participant who reached the qualifying target first ranks higher. The next eligible Participant moves into any available reward position.
  5. 8.5 Awards are fixed for the selected winners and are not reduced on a pro-rata basis. Total Campaign payout will not exceed USD 3,000.
  6. 8.6 Cashback is calculated and paid after the Campaign closes and all FTD, net deposit, Active Trader and volume results have been verified.

9. Abuse prevention

  1. 9.1 Any indication of abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, self-referral, artificial or incentivised deposits, arbitrage strategies designed to exploit the Campaign, deposit and withdrawal manipulation, or exploitation of technical faults — may result in immediate disqualification.
  2. 9.2 In such cases the Organiser may cancel accrued Campaign results, withhold or reverse cashback, and restrict or close the accounts concerned.
  3. 9.3 The Organiser's determination of whether activity is abusive is final.

10. AML / KYC and verification

  1. 10.1 All Participants and their referred clients must complete KYC procedures and comply with applicable AML requirements.
  2. 10.2 The Organiser may request documents evidencing identity, source of funds and the legitimacy of transactions.
  3. 10.3 Refusal to provide the requested information, or the discovery of any discrepancy, may result in disqualification.

11. Risk disclaimer and liability

  1. 11.1 Trading in financial markets carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital.
  2. 11.2 Participation in the Campaign does not guarantee any profit and does not reduce trading risk. The Organiser does not provide investment, tax or legal advice.
  3. 11.3 The Organiser is not liable for technical failures, delays or system errors, for losses incurred through trading, or for the acts of third parties and circumstances outside its control.

12. Amendments and governing law

  1. 12.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Campaign at any time. Changes take effect upon publication.
  2. 12.2 These Terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction applicable to the Organiser's activities, and all disputes are to be resolved in accordance with that law.
  3. 12.3 Where these Terms are published in more than one language, the English version prevails in the event of any inconsistency.

These terms are current as of the publication date. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version prevails.
