  • Are my funds and personal data safe with OnFin?
    Client funds are held in segregated accounts with tier-1 banks and are never used for operational expenses. Personal data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never share it with third parties outside of what's required by regulation.
  • How long does verification take?
    Most documents are reviewed within one business day. If everything you submit is clear and valid, your account is usually verified the same day you upload it.
  • My documents were rejected by email — what should I do?
    The rejection email explains exactly what's missing or unclear. Re-upload the corrected document in your client cabinet — you don't need to start over, just replace the flagged file.
  • My card verification photo needs a retouch — how do I do it?
    Take a new photo of the front of your card with the middle 8 digits and CVV covered. Make sure the card number (first 6 and last 4 digits), expiry date and your name are fully visible, and upload it to replace the previous file.
  • Can I change my registration data later?
    Yes — contact support with your updated details and a copy of the document that confirms them (e.g. passport, utility bill). We'll update your profile within one business day.
